How do update the database?

Sorry Im a newb at this so how do you update the CW Cheats database? Im using the latest version and I have 3.40 OE-A firmware. Do u just copy and paste the text from the database download? I want to use the cheats for Monster Hunter 2 and Yu-Gi-Oh gx tag force 2...

better if you just download the db directly on the memory stick and overwrite the old db
