I hold the R button and the M33 Recoevery Menu does come up but it doesn't show any plugins, can some1 plz help me with this i'm new to this hacking thing

Just make sure you had those plugin files put into your memory stick.
Most probably the problems caused by wrong installation of CWCheat.
