you need to use the loader version. as irshell is extremely big you need to use the lite version and the irshell patch might have different and casual results. i'd suggest dropping irshell and using applications like usbisoloader or hostcore which proven more stable and uses less resources. additionally those two are supported while irshell is actually discontinued
