Possible Harm of CWCheat

Hey there everyone. I'm very interested in the CWCheat plugin for PSP. However, from years of experience with Gameshark and other cheating devices, I've learned to always be cautious. I have a couple questions regarding CWCheat.

Is CWCheat in any way dangerous to the PSP? I seriously doubt it, but no harm in asking.

Can CWCheat harm your game data in any way possible?

1) no the maximum which could happen is crash which could corrupt the opened files in the memory stick. This can happen with bad cheats which crashes the game.
2) teorically no but still unproperly made cheats can give side effect so it's better keeping a backup of your data if possible

PSP only read data from iso/cso or your umd, so it is not possible for it to corrupt your game data. Even if it happen, quit and restart your game should fix it. Just don't open cwcheat while your psp is saving your process.
I've been using cwcheat for almost 2 years and nothing has gone bad.
