Help with Crimson Gem Saga

How do I get these codes to work? I copied and pasted them to the cheat.db but they still don't show up. the ULUS-10400 shows, but when I go to select cheats there are none there. Why can't they be included in the downloaded database file?

I used the ones listed here in the forum.

Jesus dude, read the other thread where someone (Hazado?) noticed that omega had foolishly put the line "_S OMEGA". Obviously this breaks everything, because the _S is used to tell CWcheat what game the following codes are for.
Also, there was no need to make a whole new thread for this, simply because nobody had answered you (yet)... don't clog up the board with crap threads because you're lazy or impatient.
Finally, and I don't mean to be rude, but if you'd used some powers of observation in trying to fix the problem, you probably would have figured it out. The entries in the DB follow a pattern. YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT THE GAME ID IS IMPORTANT. So I'm a bit surprised that you didn't notice the unique characters at the beginning of each line, and didn't put 2 and 2 together and think that they might stand for something.

They should work now?!?!

Secondly, even if I had the ability, I wouldn't ban you for that... that's something a cop would do :p I know full well I can be a dick, I don't particularly care. Spend your free time here, as a hobby, trying to answer people's questions and see if the endless flood of the same questions over and over again doesn't begin to do your head in.

On top of that, the other mods don't seem to come here anymore, and weltall has effectively abandoned the project. To be fair, anyone is lucky that the boards are still up and that there's ANYONE to give an educated reply... not that I'm looking for any thanks.

Forgive my frustration that every fucking idiot with a psp and a desire to cheat seems to be pathologically allergic to using a search function of any kind. Not to mention the endless request threads for games that just came out the day before, etc.

Finally, it's been mentioned a bunch of times that the database isn't updating properly anymore. If I could get in touch with anyone who has the power to fix it, it'd be fixed already. If I had the ability to make a sticky, I'd stick that fucker big and bold at the top, etc. However I don't. So, perhaps my frustration really stems from the fact that I'm effectively impotent, if it makes you feel better.

Finally, I really gave you shit because you cluttered up the board with yet another pointless thread... when there's at least a couple other threads for the same game. So instead of getting all defensive, how about you learn some forum/internet etiquette, and get over yourself.

I mean, if you'd read the WIKI, you'd have seen [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and you'd understand how the db format worked and be able to answer your own question.

So once again, I have to steer someone to readily available information that they could have easily found themselves, had they made the most rudimentary of efforts. Now do you understand why I called you lazy and impatient? Hint: It's not because I felt like being mean.

By the way in case you can't read I said I figured the problem out myself. Unlike you I don't spend my free time patrolling these boards so I wouldn't know whether they are being maintained or not. If I don't feel like answering someone problem i just ignore the post. I advise you to do the same. And yes you can be a dick.

How about you stop psycho-analyzing me, you're not very good at it. You also don't know me.

I work in IT because I like to solve problems, not because lording my knowledge over others has led to a god-complex. Because I like solving problems, I come here in my free time and see if I can help anyone.

However, because in my job I have to deal with plenty of idiots and like it, I can sometimes take out my frustrations on those who refuse to make any effort to help themselves.

If you don't like my attitude or advice, take your own suggestion and ignore me.
