Check [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Jipo
You'll have to bounce around a little, but in the end you'll get what you've asked for

    ICONA NEWS PSP

Ok, had to make a new post because it wont let me put pictures in...

What i wanted to know as was.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Notice in this picture that Disgard Give & Exchange are white and enabled.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

So, i go into my disassembler... notice the line that is highlighted

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Well i decided to change it, not knowing much about Mips or assembly language. All i know is that j 0xXXXXXXXX is a jump command

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Notice how it disabled the Disgard Give & Exchange menu?

Ok, what i would like to know is what is the actuall address in memory that the j 0x042CD100 is pointing to? Like i said before i have little knowlege of assembly or Mips, but my goal is to enable trading of any items in the online gathering hall, so far i have manage to disable it by changing the jump address to the one above it :D seems like a step backwards but at the same time a step forwards if you know what i mean, almost asif i'm on the right track.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

That does not look like assembler code.
there are way too many nops.

This looks more like a pointer ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
so 8B3440 it is, there we find another pointer to 1BAF3C
and there lies a a huge pointerlist.

By changing that line you prevented whatever function that used this
pointer to get the adress of the huge pointer list.

... maybe you should check the US thread first.

and the answer to that question is obviously NO.
We wouldn't need to make two different Threads if all codes were the same!

I hope that you will find the solution.

Thanks, i understand whats going on with the pointer thing. Now the problem is that i followed it to 1BAF3C & came to the big list of pointers, just like you said, but which one do i follow? Your guess is as good as mine... i'm not sure where this is going to be honest, a pointer that leads to a pointer that leads to a list of pointers. This is very confusing to say the least. Would you recommend changing some of them like i did before when i disabled the menus & see where it gets me? Maybe i will hit the jackpot! I dont think wishfull thinking is going to help much. Maybe i can just nop them out until the menu gets disabled again or my psp freezes...

    Thanks again

I found the solution. Check the original post with the code and my next post after the one you quoted. The second defines the skillType. I have fixed the original code to account for this.

    I don't understand.
Did you find a way to make combinaison works ?

Edit : Ok i get it,
it's working well even in quest but can you explain me why do we have to change the value for the second line (YY) for this one and not for the others because the others were working since the beginning
