--For very Easy way:
just copy the code and paste it to your cheat.db and execute the game
and go to your cwcheat menu and Select Cheats then press square button for the cheat that you want to convert in to EU.

just do 1 down for the 3rd to the last number and 4 downs for the 2nd to the last number.
