[Help] ID Detection

Whenever I load up CWCheat, the top says

"Game: ID: UNKNOWN"

How do I go about fixing this?

Also, to load up the menu in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, I have to load up my character, then save and quit to main menu. Then I can open the menu, but it won't open up in-game.

Thats b.c. the game your playing isn't in the DB. You have to add the ID into the DB.
Also if the ID isn't recognized that means that most likely isn't any codes for it ether so you have to add codes for that game as well.

I added the MHFU (US) cheats to my cheats.db

Nothing shows up still

Wait the ID says unknown? Also is this the only game that has this problem?
Then most likely you were using a tampered backup. I suggest testing to find out. Open the legal backup in UMDGen and check if the ID is correct or tampered with. If nothing works the simple thing would be acquire another backup. Re-rip.

I backed up off my UMD yesterday..

I'll re-rip it and check.

The game ID is correct: ULUS10391

Just doesn't show up in-game...
