even after a restart...

Allright,
Since many stuff can't be equipped until you reach a higher level.
I've added a Character LV99 Code. (It doesn't unlock Characters btw)
There are 23 Character Structs (each 0x96C Bytes long) that the code
adresses

I also fixed the Gil Code
It should work if you use it before entering the customizations screen
Just like the rest of my codes.
(I guess Credits for Gil go to baldassano2008 since he posted the adress first)

Since I don't have the Japanese Version I can't tell you
if it's a new char that wasn't present in that version.

If the Jap Version has also 23 Structs it just means that Square
has removed one character during development and just forgot to take
the unused space out of the savegame data.

It will grant you all purchasable list. It mean's you unlocked all Characters, System, Calendar, Icons, etc..
