Fullmetal Alchemist Senaka wo Takuseshi Mono Help

I've only just started using cwcheat, and I have a problem already -.-
I don't know how to get past the start menu in Fullmetal Alchemist Senaka wo Takuseshi Mono. I have been told to put

_S ULJS-00220
_G FullMetal Alchemist
_C1 Start
_L 0016FCBC 0x003003FF
_L 0x1016FCBC 0x00000000

But, I don't know how to or where to put it. I've read over all the readmes and Have gotten nothing out of it.
