[Help] Boolean codes

Anyone know exactly what they do and/or how to use them? Does it just read from the address, perform a bitwise logic function with the defined value and write the result back to the same address? Or can it be used in other codes or something like that? (probably not) The wiki doesn't give very good documentation on it.

they work just like in any ar like cheat engine (including ps2 and psx)
