Ok, you have firmware 1.50 right? Then dont download the 271 SE one. Download the first one you said. You also use devhook right? Hopefully so, because that is needed. Now once you download the first one, extract everything where it's needed to be and start up the installer in the game menu. It's pretty self explanitory from the menu how to install it. Once you install it and start up devhook emulateing the firmware you installed it on, and boot up the game you want to play, press select and hold it until black boxes with white plain looking text over them comes up. Go to select cheats. If there are no cheats there, you either dont have the db in the right place, or there are no cheats for that game yet.
