My folders are set up as they are in the rev-e download.
MS_ROOT
--SEPLUGINS
-----CWCHEAT
---------MC
---------cheatpops.db
-----cwcheatpops.prx
-----conf.bin
-----pops.txt
REV-B had a dh folder which im assuming was devhook? This is where the CHEAT.DB went.
When you first open the rev-e download theres a file called:
cwcheatpops-cwcheatformat.prx
What is this file for?
Any help is apprciated....

Motivo: I figured it out, I labeled the game as SLUS instead of SCUS
