This thread is only for those PS2 games that have LAN or Online modes (through official Network Adapter) that can be used while using HDL .8b.
This thread is not for general network set-up questions. That information can be found in Hejira's LAN set-up thread in the link below. This thread is also not for discussing DNAS code patching either. All games that work online from the HDD are games without DNAS.

This discussion was stared in It is a little hard to read since all the games aren't listed in one place and that thread was started as a general how to for getting a PS2 console networked.

So far we have confirmed that the following games work in LAN mode without modification. (All games should work wether NTSC or PAL unless otherwise stated.)

1. Armored Core: Nexus
2. Armored Core: Nine Breaker
3. ATV 2
4. ATV 3
5. Colin McRae 2005 (PAL only game)
6. Conflict Global Storm (Co-op)
7. Crash Tag Team Racing
8. DTM Race Driver 2
9. GT4 (only a DVD 9 rip or custom made DVD 5 rip will work)
10. Heroes of the Pacific
11. IndyCar Series 2005
12. Jucied
13. Midnight Club 2
14. Midnight Club 3 (music doesn't work, save must be created before LAN modes are available)
15. Moto GP4
16. MTX MotoTrax
17. Outrun 2 Coast to Coast (BG music has problems, can't be fixed)
18. Rainbow 6 Lockdown (Co-op)
19. Rogue Trooper (Co-op)
20. Socom I (works LAN all regions and ONLINE for USA only, PAL and JAP have DNAS)
21. The Fast and the Furious
22. Time Splitters 2
23. Time Splitters 3
24. TOCA Race Driver 3
25. Tony Hawk's Underground
26. Tribes Aerial Assault (works ONLINE and LAN, that's right online!)
27. Twisted Metal Black Online (works ONLINE and LAN, that's right online!)
