Ibrad un utente del forum ufficiale Playstation ha trovato una maniera per migliorare il framerate dei giochi settando alcune impostazioni della xmb.Questi sono gli accorgimenti da fare:
1. Settare il BD/DVD upscaling OFF
2. Settare il framerate HDMI 24fps OFF
3. Settare l'audio HDMI(se settato) come Bitstream
4. Settare l'upscaler/smoother PS3 OFF
5. Disabilitare le notifiche del sistema sul display, i media server e le opzioni automatiche. Se non si gioca online non accedere al PSN
