[Radial Runner]

ok downloaded 0.2.0 rar file and have the ms_root_371 with nothing in it. if i open it, it shows seplugin. if i open that it goes to cwcheats, then two other folders with blank documents. i would like to know where i put the folders and everything and how i add codes and make them work. it would be very helpful if it were explained. thanks.
