well the readme doesn't say that...
1-copy the folders under MS_ROOT (MS_ROOT_371 for 3.7x) in your memory stick ROOT (which is the main folder not the PSP folder)
it seems quite explicit copy what's inside ms root, which is seplugins, in the memory stick root (which is what you see when you open a memory stick "drive", but that's basic computer knownledge so i keep it for granted when using an homebrew)
