if the codes do the same thing, just delete the duplicates.
you can open the file in notepad.
if it looks messy copy and paste the whole thing in a forum post (something that has no character count limit, might not be this message board), you don't have to actually submit it. hopefully, that'll clean it up. then copy and post it back. then save the file.
i know that it always looks messy for me when i save the db from within cwcheat or the db editor.
