Uh... there are plenty of other threads that have the info. Basically, just take the cheatpops file, open it in wordpad, add the codes you want added onto it, and that should do it. Look up the game on gamefaqs and you should find gameshark and codebreaker code links on there. Also, for the record, I'm pretty sure at there are at least 3 different IDs, probably 4(1 for each disc), for FF9.

There is an amazing amount of games that can fit in a 32MB memory stick all of which are SNES and GBA games in my case
