This code puts your DMW level at Heavenly. If you notice, above the DMW wheel it will say stuff like Normal, High, Sky High, Heavenly(also shows at the bottom of the menu screen). Sometimes you will get a message that your DMW sense is heightened for some emotional reason, or something like that. Well, the if you turn on this code, your DMW wheel will always be at Heavenly, which means you have better chances at Limits and 7's across the wheel.
If you use a max stats or level 99 code, this won't be as effective because you are killing enemies faster then the wheel can turn. But I like to level "naturally" so the more Limits I get, the better.
