regarding a missing synth ingredient, i did not notice one missing, i upgraded every weapon and armor up to +4.

anyway, finding item codes is easy, just search for the amount of the item in question, change said amount somehow, continue searching and eventually you'll have a code. i suggest supplying the item in question.

i ran into some issues adding weapon and armor using codes. namely the shields went missing again, seems to be some inventory bug.
