first of all wut firmware are u running u have to have a custom firmware for cwcheat to work thats to start of my favorite for the psp fat is cfw 3.90 m33-2 google it get it installed than u have to download cwcheats and get the seplugins folder that is in the msroot folder and copy it on to ur memory stick go to the recovery mode which u hold R while turning on ur psp go to seplugins and enable all three options that u have there and cw should work fine
