Max cash has already been made. Little note about the steroids and stats code...in the training screen your stats will be shown going down and your character will also appear normal (or smaller than normal) but ignore this because the values will refresh themselves as soon as you start the fight and you will see them back to full before your next fight. If these codes are on despite what it shows the training screen doesnt make a difference so just skip past it. Enjoy
