and what should be supposed to happen? an error box? it's an useless trash of precious space. addittionally it must be traslated. if a file can't be opened the text reader returns immediately control to the main menu so you just see a little refresh (depending on speed of the check)
anyway as i said before you need to remove the ending number for the first file
