Hmm after a few attempts, it looks like the game would freeze every so often due to having too much money. I've altered the Max Money code slightly so it wouldn't freeze the game.

If you want to be safe, you can reduce the money even more by decreasing the last letter E (on the first line). Any higher than E, you will risk locking up the game. The E value will give you about 900,000 Money, which is more than enough to finish the mission.
