This is from my original post on OHG except now converted to EU
Basically it just holds the memory location for the Item box and lets you edit it
Also I don't have the EU version of the game so if someone could confirm that would be great.
Also ignore the name of the attachmet its just to give you a general guide...

put your item in the first slot cuz its easier that way the to the select cheat menu
have the arrow pointing at the code then pres square followed by triangle you should get a table with address on the left and 0-C on the top. For me the first row has 00 for all values but C
in the first row C and 0 in the second row are the item's ID the next two in the table, 1 and 2 at the top, is the amount in hex. The it repeats 3 and 4 start a new item ID and so on....
If all your going to do is change the amount then change the value on the second row and 1 column. If this is confusing I'm attaching a file with pics that was not made by me to help... all credit goes to the original author. The code they use is for MHF2 though so don't us it.
