EDIT: Wow. Royal Mail is fucking FAAAAAAAAAST! I should have it by today. According to him, he says they can fly it to BWI. (Baltimore/Washington International)
EDIT2: I got the UMD, and it works. OK, now I just need to figure out a way to get all the guns, without going through the begging. Which is ghey.
EDIT3: OK, um.... Yeah. I gets to the NOW LOADING, and then goes to a black screen, and won't do anything. Is this because I have a US PSP? Or is it because of something with DevHook? WTF.
EDIT4: It seems to work with 2.71 emulated Firmware, without CheatDevice. When I use my 2.00 emulated firmware with cheatdevice, it does not work.
EDIT5: Got it working, but I can't load saved-games. Until Wetall fixes this problem, I can't do shit with the game. I could probably get Inf. Pistol ammo, that's about it.

To be fair, what makes you think it's CWcheat interfering with the save/load process? Did you try 2.6 with the cheat device? In my experience, that tends to be the most compatible, regarding the games it works with, and stability.
EDIT: Lovely. As per the new thread I've made, cwcheat has started fucking up for me. It's too late in the evening to start testing with different firmware and/or cwcheat versions... I'll keep you guys updated on things tomorrow.
