I have a Question ^^
Can i install it with a PSP 2.71 Epsilon bios ? He need no Emu program or something.
If I want install him i become this error:
"Unable to open pspbtonf_game.txt... Press X to return"
What can i do?
Most i have DevHook?

Yes, as far as I know, this prx only runs under devhook.
Can you run devhook with the epsilon bios? I'd try that if possible...
