niente di eccitante però ho ricompilato tutti i sorgenti con l'ultimo toolchain, aggiornato il db con l'ultimo sul sito e c'è una funzione di selezione della frequenza di refresh dei trucchi, però non è testata. funziona su 5.0 M33 almeno nella vsh

- rebuilt with latest toolchain
- updated db to latest version in the site
- there is an cheat refresh hz functionality but i coded it one year ago so i'm unsure if it works and how it works right now
- consider this an untested beta
