Oggi Sony ha presentato la relazione ufficiale dei risultati finanziari 08/09:

Secondo il Colosso Giapponese le PS3 Piazzate al 31 Marzo 2009 sono state 29,18 Milioni:


In Sony’s financial report for the fiscal year of 2008-2009, they revealed that that they have sold 29.18 million units of the Playstation 3 since the fiscal year of 2006 when the system launched.
Here is a breakdown of the first three fiscal years of the Playstation 3 life span:
2006-2007: 9.12 million units sold
2007-2008: 10 million units
2008-2009: 10.06 million units sold
Furthermore, Sony is also forecasting that the Playstation 3 will sell 13 million units in the 2009-2010 fiscal year. The big increase in expectation may stem from a price drop announcement for the Playstation 3 sometime in the near future.
