Geometrics annuncia il software
Geometrics ha rivelato oggi di aver completato i lavori sul suo Enlighten, software per Playstation 3 che migliorerà la qualità dell'illuminazione nei giochi, fornendo illuminazioni realistiche e basate sulla fisica in tempo reale delle luci dinamiche.
Il CTO di Geometrics, Julian Davis, ha commentato "Siamo entusiasti di aver avuto l'opportunità di sviluppare su PS3. Crediamo che sfruttando la potenza del processore Cell e della GPU, la nostra tencnologia di illuminazione aiuterà a realizzare le piene capacità grafiche della console Sony."
Al momento non sappiamo quali titoli trarranno vantaggio da questa nuova tecnologia, ma attendiamo a breve nuovi annunci.

ma è un software di sviluppo per giochi non è da mettere su ps3 no?

leggendo sto articolo mi fa pensare a un software per le software house tipo i motori grafici come l'unreal engine 3 e ste cose qui, poi boh!
