cwcheat for 3.03 OE-A installations...

I just upgrade my psp to 3.03 oe-a and having hard time finding how to install cwcheats.. im new with all this and have no clue what to do,.. do you need devhook to run cwcheats even if I have the custom firmware?? please I really need help with this..... again im so new and I really need everything step by step i dont want my psp to brick because I dont know how to fix it... thank you so much for your help

you can't brick by using plugins anyway read the included readme it has all the passage to install cwcheat
