No menu on devhook 0.52

hi, im new and i cant seem to get the menu to pop up when i hold select for 3 seconds during gameplay. i followed instuctions by putting the prx into the dh/05/kd and then the txt file into both dh\303\F0\kd and dh\302\f0\kd.

help please?
