1.7 with 3.03 OE-C
this is the first time ive ever used CWcheat but i do not know how to install it, i have firmware 3.03 OE-C.
any help at all will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

throw the stuff in the MS_ROOT folder into the root directory of the psp and shut off the psp. Turn the psp back on while holding the R button to get into recovery mode. Go to plugins and enable the cwcheat files that were put into the root folder.
