Walk speed modifier (works everywere even worldmap
 )0x00518DEE 0x000000XX were XX can be 0 to FF 8 is the default for dash 16 is the default for normal walk > 16 more slower than normal walk < 8 more faster than normal dash 1-FF seems to change this while 0 does a strange thing: it moves the player on diagonal directions and can remain attached to walls so be careful with it or you will need to restart the game

no b/c im working on another code which i don't have time for b/c i play soccer after school and it will lock up with that code. thats y i didn't condensence it
