it would make the prx too big to be loaded if i added those functions.
yes it's a development software providing developers an easy debug system and an usefull tool to reverse enginner. you can find it on svn://svn.ps2dev.org/psp/braches/psplinkusb.
you need to build it and get the psplink.prx, usbhostfs.prx, usbhostfs_pc and pspsh and execute them all (the prx works fine from plugins)
if you use an 3.5x+ fw you need a little patch i made else you won't get any output

Here it is a new version of cwcheat: 0.1.9 REV.A
With this version you will now have a prx specially made for irshell which starts in homebrew mode and let you load the game id and database when you have started your game by pressing L+SELECT in the cwcheat menu.
Other than this there are a lot of optimizations which let the prx reduce it's size by 1370bytes and the goto function is more complete, being able to accept also not "showed bytes" alligned adresses (it changes the x position of the cursor according to the adress you enter)

- [ALL] fixed a little glitch about brightness changing at boot up even with brightness control disabled if the
        default brightness level on the config was != 0
- [ALL] made various optimizations which made the prx go down of 1370 bytes
- [IRSHELL] added a special prx crafted for IRSHELL. It will load in homebrew mode and you are able to switch to
            game mode by pressing L TRIGGER + SELECT on the main menu. This will load the gameid and the database.
            When you go out from the game irshell will reset so even prx will be realoded, making cwcheat restarting
            in homebrew mode.
- [LITE] added a lite version of the build for IRSHELL
- [LITE] lite prxs were moved to a LITE subfolder in the package to avoid having a lot of prx on the archive root directory
- [ALL] now the cursor is positioned according to 
the inputted adress in the goto dialog even if not alligned with
        the shown bytes per line
- [ALL] the goto adress shown when you open it takes in consideration were you put the cursor

i downloaded cw cheat to my pc, but i do not know where to transfer which files to my psp so i can use cheats or even access the cwcheat menu. i really need help with this.

I just found the program at psphacks and I downloa it and install it but the problem is that i cant fin it it the plugins to enable it. But I have to copy the seplugin folder in the MS_ROOT to the main folder. Then the plugins shows at the recovery mode and once I Enable it nothing happen.

The questin is What am i Doing worng and How can I get it to Work?
Can anybody help me please.

you must copy what's inside that folder else you won't see plugins. plus you won't see anything till you press select*3 seconds after cwcheat has initialized

I would like to know the exact name of the folder I am supposed to copy the folders from inside MS_ROOT.

When i hold R while booting up the psp from being completly turned off, and no recovery menu comes up just the normal menu that always does, so is there something a am doing wrong?

seplugins

you need a cfw firmware. sony firmware can't load plugins and homebrews. check if a downgrade exists else you can do nothing
