Question about 3.52M33 / installation

Hello, my PSP is in custom firmware 3.52M33-2 and I activated the plugins through recovery mode. However when I push select a long time, nothing happens. Here is what I did :

A)Copy the seplugins folder into the root folder.
B)Go into recovery mode and activate the 2 required plugins (following the installation notes).
C)Launch into game and press + hold select.

So here are my questions, if a noble soul could help me :
1)Did I do it correctly? I never tried cwcheat before, so please tell me if I need to do something else before that.
2)Is cwcheat compatible with 3.52M33?
3)If yes, should I first go into a menu or something?

Thanks in advance.
Sekoria

1) first let the game launch and show something. cwcheat was slowed down in the bootup process to increase compatibility so i'd wait a bit more before trying to open the menu (for the first times 30/60seconds then you will find the right point)
2) yes

3) check also your ms with a scandisk or try another memory stick

Thanks for your help.
However I (think I've) found the problem. It was my mistake : I found the answer in an old cwcheat faq :

I use a datel 4gb drive and apparently, they're too slow to effectively launch cwcheat, so I tried with a 1gb sony one and it works. I'll try to get a "legit" 4 or 8gb sony drive and the problem will be solved (I think).

Tell me if I'm wrong in my reasoning though ^^

yes it's correct the cfw can't load cwcheat and skips it completely. there is even little i can do as my prx isn't even loaded in ram.
you may even try the lite version. as it's half big than the standard one maybe it could launch.
