Simple question about adding a code

Hi everyone,
I am a french boy (sorry for my english ) and i have a question about this page: http://cwcheat.consoleworld.org/index_ins.php

I don't understand this sentence:

When inserting data strip the database things like _S _C _G _L: they will cut your code and make your insertion invalid and unusable. 0x0000FFFF

Maybe someone has asked the same question but i don't have found the answer
Can someone explain me what it means please?

I think cwcheat is a very good program because it's funny to search some codes to do bad things :p

that was added because someone posted codes with the db structure.
so i was getting things like _L 0x01451 _L 0x1457 as codes (if put back in a db it would appear like this: _L _L 0x01451 _L 0x1457) so as our db cuts code entries to 10 chars the codes are cutted and so unusable
