Need help about CW 0.1.9 rev.d

My Psp is now 3.52 M33-4
I download CW 0.1.9 rev.d and did as instruction says on the web.I extract file and copy the MS_ROOT folders to my memory card and reboot in recovery menu. Problem is I couldn't find “cwcheatpops.prx [POPS]” and “cwcheat.prx [GAME]” under the “Plugins”!! How can I do I really need to use this. Please help.

you must copy what's inside the ms root folder and not the folder itself
