CW Cheat+Newb= ???

Okay, so ill get straight to the point, I don't know what the hell im doing. I am not Tech sabby at least when it comes to PSP. I always play thing by the book but have a few games i already"Passed" and want to try cheats on them. I have the latest version of Firmware for the PSP which is 3.52. I read about CWCheat and want to try it how ever i don't know where to start. I have it downloaded and that as far as i have gotten. I tried to extract but everything in there was intimidating and didn't know where to extract to.

Please help i don't have any homebrew stuff or even know what homebrew is. I heard i need something called Devhook but then again i don't know what that is.

So basically what does someone like me need to do to get this program running on my psp? Remember i am a new so be gentle with me and the lingo.

just extract the rar or zip on to ur desktop and copy the seplugins on to ur memory card then u have to do start up ur psp and hold down R to got to recovery.(coldboot which means that ur psp has to be turned off fully take out the battery thats the best way and put it back in or recovery wont load) Then got to plugins and enable cwcheat then u can exit the menu and start up ur game and hold down select to bring up the cheat menu. thats the simple i think just post if u need anymore help

Is there anywhere in spacific that i need to put it in the Cars or just anywhere will do?
