Cwcheat and install/recovery window

Ok I have tried for 2 hours now I have copied the folder to my root folder but when I turn on the PSP and hold R it does not pull the recovery window up for me to install and run. Please help before I become bald. Thanks in advance Sleepy

New PSP version 3.71
Copied MS_ROOT_371 folder to root
also tried the other MS_ROOT folders and still not loading

you have to copy what's inside that folder not that folder itself (as explained on the readme)

Ok so I just reformated my memory card and then copied the seplugins under MS_ROOT_371 to the root of my memory card. When I start the psp it still will not prompt the recovery window. Do you think that my psp is broken?

Do you have custom firmware on your psp in the first place? It's 3.71m33-2 that's the newest. If you don't have custom firmware you can't use cwcheat....also you won't have any recovery menu.
