Help a moron out, please?

I'm still a newb when it comes to installing homebrew on my PSP. So I installed the plugins properly, and that's about it. Holding Select for 3 seconds doesn't work, and I tried the installers, which say there was an error when running the "game". What am I doing wrong? D:

Right now, I have 3.52 M33-2 as my Custom Firmware. Please help me out, and thanks if you do.

you try enabling the plugin from the CFW menu? power down your psp then hold R when turning it back on, then go enable the plugin, hope thats what you are missing lol
