Need help installing CWCHeat

I'm using the fat PSP, version 3.71 M33. I did everything as written in the readme but when I'm on step 3, I can't see any plugin.

So my problem is, I go into recovery mode, then I click on Plugin but there is nothing there. So I can't install CWCheat. Help anyone?

you didn't copy the correct folder. you must copy what's inside the ms root folder not the ms root folder itself and you must copy it to the root folder not mp root

just some add on question after that how do i put cheat or maybe activate them?
