Help with total newbie installer pandoras menu

there is no readme for it.. i have a slim psp can anyone help me through the process of downgrading it so i can use CW cheats

It will not work on the slim according to the website

on a slim psp you actually upgrade not downgrade as you have to go to 3.60M33 or 3.71M33 which is >= the current firmware
