Need Help on Cheating

hi im fairly new to this whole thing and i dont really know what to do

i downloaded Actual Version 0.1.9 REV.G [new 13-10-07]
and then i put the dbdownload in XSP/Game/dbdownload
and i then i put the whole seplugins

and this is what it says on my recovery menu plugins

irsmp3.prx[VSH] enabled
ms0:seplugin/cheatmaster.prx [VSH] enabled
cwcheat.prx[game] enabled
cwcheatpops.prx[POPS] enabled
cwcheat.prx[GAME150] enabled

my psp is at 3.71m33 and the 2 second select button doesnt work no cheats popping out

u have to be at main menu of game or actually in game!

hold select untill black screen comes up if nothing after 5 seconds then keep pressin select and then hold again!

it still doesnt work... is ther anything worng with what i did?
could you make the step by step cuz i might have miss something

i think i know where you have gone wrong!

if your running 3.71 and above you need to goto this folder in the RAR file MS_ROOT_371

then copy over everything from that folder onto your psp in the ROOT where you should already have a seplugins folder and make changes to the TXT files if needed

the cheat.db ALWAYS goes into seplugins\cwcheat on your psp
