Need help on restoring default cwcheat settings

I've accidentally clicked on "Manual cheat apply" and also the "Text Reader" and now when i try to use the "Select Cheats" function on the menu of cwcheats i showed me a blanked out space.
Anyone knows how to fix this problem?
I've tried re-installing everything but the result is the same.

those functions doesn't touch the config (which is in the ini file).
you did something else with your ms those can't be the problem!
so a good scandisk or format and then reinstall everything

The game im playing is ffvii and the select cheats only show their lists in disc one.
In disc 2 and 3 they give me that problem.
So is a reformat of my ms the only way to fix it? =(

Oh ya, would like to double check if my installation is correct:
Only the folder in MS_ROOT is needed right?

And also, how would i get the "Restore Cheats from database" to work?
Sorry for taking up your time i just do not wish to format my ms due to some games which require from hard time to reinstall.

.................................................. .........................ok...... did you even notice the id of the game changed from disc 1 to disc 2? you need to edit the db with the new id

manual cheat apply (notice the apply) means that it runs one time the cheat engine just like if you enabled cheats and immediately disabled them after going for a second in game.
i'd suggest looking at the wiki documentation

Erm, how exactly do i edit the db?
Do i edit the cheat.db or cheatpops.db?Or something else.
After which how to i update to the seplugins?
Sorry complete new to this.
