How do i enter recovery mode?

i use version 3.52 M33-4, i copied the seplugins folder to the root, but i have no idea how to enter recovery mode, i held onto R while switching the power on and off as per the instructions but no recovery mode. Did i do anything wrong?

you aren't on 3.52 m33-4 if it doesn't work, or your r button is faulty (or you did nasty thing with your flash in this chase i'd reflash everything immediately)

ah its ok i fixed it. i saw the guy in youtube while giving instructions press and hold the power button to fully switch it off, never knew psp could do that, lol.....
