Can anyone confirm that the "1 hit kill" works and how to activate it if it does?

And what is Monster HP supposed to do?

I'm pretty sure that Monster HP shows the HP above the monster that your attacking. Try out the code yourself. I'm pretty sure that the 1-Hit Kill code works on specific monsters and that there isn't a universal one,
