I dunno how its done, but maybe you should just take a look into the US Game Codes and you can see some similar things which could help you finding more?

Except for the last codes inserted and some of the first, the code are based on the US version of the game: the difference in the addresses is : US Hex address + 40 = Eur Hex address.
