CW cheat diff value search help
Hi to all!
I'd like very much if someone would spend his time to make a small tutorial on the use of the diff search, because I'm not good in use of this function!  thank you to anybody!!! ps sorry for may bad english (I'm Italian  )

i have made 3 in the ENG section already!!!
try lookin in the juiced 2 post i think... its really quite easy! search diff, change value (play game), continue search diff, so on and so on untill u find 1 or 2 codes left!

ok, say your trying to make an infinite health code... start a new search for a diff, when the dump is done just leave it at an 8 bit search. go back to your game and lose a little bit of health, open up cwcheat and choose continue search for diff then select value less than before and go back into your game. Lose some more health and go back to cwcheat and do the same thing (search for value less than before). go back to game and this time move around a little bit but make sure you dont lose any health then go back into the cwcheat menu and search value equal to before because obviously its the same. Now go back to the game and lose more health and search for a value thats less than before, at this point your results should be a lot smaller. Keep doing the same process until you have a small list of values, then start at the top and use the memory editor to increase the value and go back to your game to see if your health went up, just go down the list until you find the correct one than you know you have the right code so just save it and your done. The majority of games are DMA (which means your code wont work if you turn off your game or on the next level) but you will get better at recognizing patterns depending on what type of code you are trying to hack which will save you alot of time because you wont have to do as much trial and error type searches.

Not always 8 bit search so you should do 32 bit b/c it searches all codes.

yes and no...
sometimes the codes are only 8bit so 32bit doesnt find them! you should do the search on 8bit 16bit and 32bit and see what codes your left with at the end! this will make life easier in long run!
